Ministries

Every believer has the responsibility to share the Gospel message, this ministry has been developed to enable those with a special call to evangelism to develop programs and events that are specifically designed to witness to the masses. Street-witnessing, special events and other creative measures are used to reach the lost and un-churched with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The women’s ministry is a fellowship that encourages, strengths and challenges women in their roles as wives, mothers, professionals, intercessors, servants, and leaders. Women gathered in forums such as; topic specific Bible studies, luncheons, conferences and other forms of fellowship.

The purpose of this ministry is to encourage and challenge men to be godly men and to become leaders in their homes and places of influence. Our goal is to make disciples of men by teaching God’s word by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

The Victuals Ministry goes beyond the walls of the local church to feed the hungry and share the love of Christ through giving food and other necessary items needed for daily living.

The purpose of the Aiming High Christian Education ministry is to develop the membership to spiritual maturity; that is, to become more like Christ in thought, feeling, and action through biblically edifying programs designed to inspire in God's people a love for truth and a life of obedience.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correcting, and instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works" 2 Tim. 3:16-17.

The purpose of the young adult bible study is to provide an opportunity for young adults to experience the presence of God in worship at their level of growth and understanding. “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6

The purpose of the Truth, Care, Comfort, and Concern Ministry is to monitor, record, correspond and encourage those members who are ill, as well as communicate with the office and the prayer group.

“To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees, of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.” Isaiah 61:3

The ushers and greeters are to greet people as they enter and leave the church, seat people at the proper time, and provide bulletins and/or other materials at the time of seating. The ushers and greeters will be attentive to the needs of the congregation and the pastor.

Hebrew 13:17 Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.

The usher is a servant for Christ, whose opportunity it is to do good unto all them who are of the household of faith (Galatians 6:10). Ushering is a ministry that expresses God's invitation to all mankind to come unto Him. The usher’s presentation speaks to the character of the Church fellowship. “Let all things be done decently and in order.” (I Corinthians 14:40). “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven”. (Matthew 5:16)

Psalm 84:10, "...for a day in thy courts is better than a thousand, I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness”.

This ministry is a not-for-profit Christian organization dedicated to showing God's love to women all around the world by the power of the Holy Spirit. The mission is to ensure that every woman recognizes her true inner beauty and God inspired purpose for such a time as this.

The goal of the Men Outreach ministry is to bring people into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ by regularly sharing a clear presentation of the gospel in the church, the home, the community and the world in order to follow the great commission as commanded by Christ. Matt 28:19-20; Acts 1:8

The purpose of celebrate recovery is to present a practical and applicable way for living life in such a way that s/he may experience all that God has for them. Through the teaching and personal experiences we hope to reach many people who life has become unmanageable. It is with great expectation to teach and take a Christ-center approach to recovery by encouraging the NA 12 steps with Christ using biblical principles to recovery. “Brethren, IF a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” Galatians 6:1

The purpose of Remember Me ministry is offer hope and encouragement to those you has lost their way through trials and tribulations in life. “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? Or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? Or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” Matthew 25:35-40.

The purpose of the Worship ministry is to bring the worshipper into the presence of God through a variety of means so that he/she can experience the power of God, realize the purity of God and discover the many promises of God in order to move the worshipper to respond to Him in Spirit and Truth. “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.” John 4:24

We believe that we are created to glorify God and an expression of this is our acknowledgement of His supreme value and worth in our personal lives and in the corporate, contemporary praise and worship of the church. (Acts 2:47; Ephesians 5:18-20; Psalms 150)
